1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 2pm CST are often shipped same day
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships

Need to make a change? Contact us ASAP via live support—we’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships:

You’ll receive a tracking link via email
You can monitor delivery status in real time
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
