REFUNDS POLICY

At Mobile Gauntlet, we stand behind every product we ship. If something’s not right, we’ll make it rightβ€”fast, fair, and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Return must be initiated via email or live support

Products marked β€œFinal Sale” or β€œNon-Returnable” are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refundβ€”your choice

We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

3. Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after item receipt
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.

5. Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund?

  • Let us know during your return request
  • We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund
