At Mobile Gauntlet, we want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to make it rightβ€”quickly, professionally, and without the runaround.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Return must be initiated via email or live support

Products marked β€œFinal Sale” or β€œNon-Returnable” are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refundβ€”your choice

We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

3. Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected

We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after item receipt
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete

Prefer an exchange? Let us know during your return requestβ€”we’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received.
