1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Return must be initiated via email or live support
Products marked โFinal Saleโ or โNon-Returnableโ are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isnโt what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- Weโll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refundโyour choice
We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
3. Return Shipping
For standard returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected
We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3โ5 business days after item receipt
- Youโll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete
Prefer an exchange? Let us know during your return requestโweโll ship your replacement once the original item is received.
