At Mobile Gauntlet, we want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right—quickly, professionally, and without the runaround.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Return must be initiated via email or live support

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund—your choice

We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

3. Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected

We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after item receipt
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete

Prefer an exchange? Let us know during your return request—we’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received.
